We're globetrotting, matching wine from France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Portugal with cuisine from their new world counterparts in New York, Washington State, Uruguay, South Africa, and Australia.
Dinner is elegant, yet informal - hors d'oeuvres, plus four courses served family style - deftly executed by chef Joel Souza and his team. Guests are seated at tables of 8-10, ensuring you make a new friend or two.
