Since we opened our doors in Maine in 2009, Old Vines' ethos has been casual elegance - fine wine, creative cocktails, imaginative reinterpretations of classic dishes, and warm, attentive service, without a trace of stuffiness or pretense. Later this summer, we bring that same commitment to our third location, in the shops at Mercato.

Our plush dining room, our lively bar, and our shaded outdoor space, each with its own personality, are perfect spots whether dining solo, with a date, or with friends and family.

Daniel Swofford, our executive chef, has held positions at Michelin-starred Modern and Eleven Madison Park in New York, as well as The Painted Lady in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, and The Cave Bistro & Wine Bar in Naples.

Whether you're joining us for happy hour, dinner, or late-night snack, you'll find a variety of small and large plates, from reimagined classics to intriguing interpretations of fresh, Florida-inspired cuisine, with a clear emphasis on locally-sourced ingredients.

Our wine cellar reveals great respect for both the consumer and the grape itself, offering quality at every price point. We put special emphasis on lesser-known varietals from family-run vineyards and other small producers worldwide, knowing these wines offer better value than many mass-market alternatives.
